In addition to the wide range of Scuba Classes available through Scuba Schools Internation (SSI), Divers Get-Away is pleased to offer the following Scuba Classes in affiliation with 'The International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers' (IANTD)

IANTD - Open Water Diver
This class leads to an Open Water Diver Certification, with added academic preparation towards higher-level continuing education. Emphasis is placed on additional watermanship skills, with serveral graded exercises both on the surface and underwater. The cost is $270.00.

Included in the Cost are the following: Classroom sessions, Pool training, Divers Certification Card. Use in all Pool and Open Water dives of the tanks, Regulator with gauges, Buoyancy Control Device (BCD), Wet Suit, Hood, Weight Belt, Weights, and Cold Water Gloves.
The Student will be responsible for providing the following:
The Student Manual and Workbook, Record Folder, Open Water Air Diving Tables, and Recreational Dive Logbook
Addmission Tickets for the Open Water dives.
Personal Dive Gear - Maks, Snorkel, Fins, Cold Water Boots.

IANTD - Enriched Air Nitrox (EANX)
This Class covers the History, Physics, Benefits, and Limitations of diving EANX on mixtures ranging from 21% through 40% oxygen, with special emphasis on NOAA Nitrox I (32%) and NOAA Nitrox II (36%). Studenst will attend 3 Classroom Sessions, then plan and execute 2 Open Water Dives for Certification. The cost is $180.00.

Included in the Cost are the following: Classroom sessions, and the use of 2 Tanks with Nitrox Breathing Gas for the Open Water Dives
The Student will be responsible for providing the following:
Enriched Air Nitrox Student Manual and Workbook
Open Water Air Diving Tables for both 32% and 36% oxygen
Addmission Tickets for the Open Water dives.
All necessary Scuba Equipment.

IANTD - Open Water Diver w/Enriched Air Nitrox (EANX)

The Staff at Divers Get-Away feel that these two Entry Level Programs form a very solid foundation fo diver training, and should be considered a prerequisite for any further training, or local offshore diving. With this in mind, we are offering a combination of the two Programs which would result in an Open Water Nitrox Diver Certification. The cost is $400.00.

Included in the Cost are the following: All the above-mentioned items with the addition fo the use of all Scuba Equipment through the completion of the entire program.
